why does google chrome crash on win 7 - Microsoft Community

I downloded google chrome and it would not . It crashed. I tried to reinstall. I could not. Why ? I now use IE 9. I have never had any problems with CROME on my other using WIN XP ... Getting help and advice from one of the many experts here at Microsoft
