dynticks_start_timer 所註冊的 SIGALRM 的信號句柄是 host_alarm_handler。當宿主機作業系統發出 SIGALRM 時，host_alarm_handler 視情況會呼叫 qemu_notify_event。qemu_notify_event 用 cpu_exit 將 QEMU 從當前 code cache 中拉出來檢查 IO。
