請問什麼是positive control 及 negative control?麻煩舉個例子 ... 就像測水中鈣離子濃度 Positive Control 就是拿已知的鈣離子水 當正向對照組 以確定實驗無誤 Negative Control 就是拿純水 絕對沒有鈣離子的水 當做背景值 以確定實驗無誤
