oracle and visula basic 2010 express edition

I have installed visual basic 2010 express edition and oracle 9i on windows xp. But there is no provider for oracle. When you click on new data source it show following provider: Microsoft access database file Microsoft SQL server compact 3.5 Microsoft SQ
