is there any program to control the CPU fan speed?? - Heatsinks ...

intel D945PLRN motherboard..... help pls.... my cpu is HOT HOT HOT (60+celcius at idle) ... Noctua NH-D14 cpu cooler and you forget any 'speed' fan controler.
