intel G33/g31 express chipset family | Intel Communities

I am not able open most of the games with Intel G33/g31 express chipset family so i want to replace it . Can i replace it . If so wich is the best graphic card that supports my system ??? This is my system info... Windows Vista Ultimate Intel(R) Core(TM)
