i7 4770k vs i7 3770k (Price Performance, Overclocking etc) - Intel i7 - CPUs

So I have the money to buy the new Haswell Intel i7-4770k with an Msi Z87-G41 motherboard from my local Microcenter for about $339. But I'm contemplating on whether I should get that or opt for the older, cheaper Ivy Bridge i7-3770k with an Msi Z77 mother
