ctrl+shift+up arrow will not work in Excel 2007 SP2 - Microsoft Community

3 or 4 days ago I lost the ability to use the ctrl+shift+up arrow shortcut key. ctrl+shift+down arroow or right or left arrow still works. Is this a bug or is there a solution? ... Mike, There are no macros. It affects anyone using Excel and Word 2007. So
