Windows 7 command prompt at boot? - Chkdsk - Windows 7

My laptop is fubar'd and won't boot into windows 7. I want to run a chkdsk /f on it, but with it being windows 7, I'm struggling. Is there a bootable CD I can download to give me some basic disk util ... Hi how about starting in safe mode (command prompt)
