Vimeo embed code is not working in any version of Internet Explorer on Vimeo

Ian I disabled the add-ons, but no change in the browser behavior when opening the embed page. I've had a client check the embed download on his Win 7 systems and he reports no problem. Also I note that mobile download to iPhone, iPad, etc. works fine. My
