Unable to save in excel 2010 as a db4 file format - Microsoft Community

We just recently updated some users to the Office Professional Plus 2010 software and found out quickly that they no longer are able to save in .db4 file format. Is there a setting or a change that ... Excel 2010 can open dbf files, but cannot save them.
