The input method editor status changes to full-shape mode when you switch back to the Traditional Ch

Fixes a problem that occurs if you have installed Windows XP SP2. When you use the Traditional Chinese IME, switch to the New Phonetic IME 2002a, and then switch back to the Traditional Chinese IME, the IME status changes to full-shape mode.
