Task Host Window message at shutdown - Windows 7 Help Forums

Win7 32-bit Why do I get the following message every time I shut down? "(Waiting for) Task Host Window Task host is executing shutdown tasks, and stopping tasks that are already running" There are NO tasks running. This has been going on for days now.
