Tablet PC Input Panel and associated Programs are missing and cannot - Microsoft Community

I have had my HP laptop for a while and have use the Genius pen tablet with it without a problem. Recently I decided to use a feature I had on a previous Gateway Laptop with the same Genius Pen tablet and found the the tablet pc input panel is no where to
