Sync Gmail calendar with Outlook 2013? - Google Product Forums

How can I setup Outlook 2013 to sync with my Gmail Contacts and Calendar? I am able to sync Gmail email over IMAP but Contacts and Calendar are critical too. This is for a regular Gmail account, not a paid Google apps account.
