Sound issue - HDMI output with Nvidia HD audio driver - Sound Cards - Components

At the moment, I'm drawing a blank on it being anything other than a poor driver or a defective card. But for testing purposes, is there any way you can connect your TV's speakers via the motherboard's audio out... then disable the Nvidia audio and enable
