Soul Calibur 5: Unlockable Equipment for Character Creation

Is this for the base game or all the DLC too? Because I’m at level 4 and it says I have 86% of the equipment unlocked and I don’t own any of the DLC. Also, is it just me or is it IMPOSSIBLE to color equipment red? There’s no red on the left side of the co
