SQL Server 2008 R2 service pack 1 - Error 84B30002 via Windows Update | Microsoft Connect

I have the same issue too and I am unable to use SQL server express 2008 or Release 2 or install any of the Visual Studio express versions 2008 or 2010. Not having SQL renders the programs or makes them useless. I have also submitted a ticket to Microsoft
