SCVHOST - Application Error & SMC.EXE - Application Error

The other 4 out of 5 times that i boot up it will throw two error messages at me, both messages are exactly the same apart from they are for different files, SVCHOST.EXE ... (0xc000001d) occurred in the application or location 0x751d3219
