SCOM 2012 SQL Express with Advanced Services R2 SP1 Compatible?

Hi, This is just a general informational inquiry. Is there a way to have SCOM 2012 run on SQL EXPR with ADV services R2 SP1? If not, can I have my primary Management server run on a server that runs Full SQL 2008 R2 and have a secondary management Server
