Roaming user profile cache is not deleted from a Windows Server 2003-based computer if Group Policy

Fixes a problem in which a roaming user profile cache cannot be deleted on a Windows Server 2003-based client computer. This problem occurs when both GPP and IEM settings are being used in an Active Directory domain network environment.
