Resizing scroll bars in Excel 2007 - Microsoft Community

I need to resize (reduce) the vertical scroll bar on several worksheets ... Here's my fix. I found that eliminating half my rows at a time, the scroll bar overshoot went away, but only when deleting one half, not the other.
