Reset Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager login

Have idea how to reset the login to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager ? I have tried many combination but couldn't log through successfully. Thanks ... I was having the same issue, resetpass.bat did not resolve the issue. I even upgrade from MR2 to MR4
