Reported issues with Flash Player 10.3 and Internet Explorer 9

Same here, found this page when googling for the issue. As there is no issue with Chrome, I focus the troubleshooting on IE9 only, ie. almost done all the resetting of IE9 configus until I realized this might be an issue with Adobe.
