Query Notification Capability in WCF SQL Adapter | Richard Seroter's Architecture Musings

An issue I’m having now is that it seems the WHERE clause in the notification statement is ignored. I’m getting two SQL notifications. One for the change event I want and a 2nd when I update the ischanged field to false when grabbing the data. Are you get
