PDF Preview Handler not giving preview of PDF in Outlook 2013 - Spiceworks

here is how I solved this little gem, I have Outlook 2013 and Acrobat 9.5. Installed Foxit, set Foxit to handle the previewing for Outlook. Went into a local pdf file that Foxit set itself as the default handler to open, right-clicked, changed the preview
