Outlook.com Certificate Error - Microsoft Community

I am having the same problem, but am running IE 8 on Windows XP. I had to bypass all of the threats about the certificate errors just to reply to this thread. I did as you stated above and optimized the browser (8 is the highest for XP) and ran microsoft
