Nikkor 18-105 VS Sigma 18-125 - Digital Photographer Philippines

Guys I need your advice here. Which one should I go? Nikkor 18-105 or Sigma 18-125? I need you inputs on this. I am using Nikon D80 and I want a very good walk around lens but still unsure on what to get. Please advice, thanks.
