New feature "ActiveX Filtering" in Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and Flash, Silverlight or other plug-in

Here's a question, why not change the way IE9 appears to a website when activex filtering is enabled. There are other browsers that don't support activex and can view these websites just fine. The issue, at least in my experience, is that the sight check
