Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP and 4 Client Profile - Microsoft Community

I am not a developer. Does windows Vista use Microsoft.NET Framework? Initially I had set the Windows update notification to allow me to select the updates I wanted ti install. I have since changed the notification to Recommended. I have four (4) updates
