Mass online email storage + large attachment size : Technology

Hi, I'm looking for an email service that will let me store up to 500GB of emails and send attachment size up to 2GB.... QQ has one but limits to 6GB storage with 2GB attachment size, problem is it deletes the saved emails every 30 days. Does anyone know
