Logitech webcam unknown device windows 7 64-bit?

Im trying understand... Have you always had this cam on windows 7? Either way though- you should go into re-installing your Cam's Software. Go into Device Manager and you'll see the USB unknown. Uninstall it- Plug in your CAM. It may need a restart- then
