Java not working with IE9 (32Bit) - Microsoft Community

I have recently installed Java (TM) 7 Update 4 and Java (TM) 7 Update 4 (64bit). When running the btspeedtester on IE9 (64bit) - no issues; IE9 (32bit) - Jave applets not working.
