Installing Java SE 6 JDK on Windows 7 32bit - "not a valid win32 - Microsoft Community

I downloaded the Java SE 6 JDK from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html, but when I try to install it, it says that it is not a valid win32 application.
