Qt (念做"cute")由 Trolltech 公司開發，被廣泛用來開發許多 GUI 與非 GUI 的應用程式。主要用來開發 Linux 的 KDE(K Desktop Environment) 桌面環境，也有其他有名的軟體如：Skype、VirtualBox、Photoshop Elements、Google Earth 等，都是以 Qt 為基礎。
