IBM Notebook Windows XP Reinstall - Yahoo!知識+

Anyone know the procedure to reinstall the windows XP for the IBM T41 notebook? Also the current IBM rapid restore is not 100% functional.As there is no any recovery CD comes along with the notebook. Please help!
