I am unable to install Net Framework 2.0 on my 64 bit Windows 7. - Microsoft Community

I am tryin to install Net framwork 2.0 on my computer to install another program. However I am unable to, is there a compatable program out there for a 64 bit system, Window 7 operating system? Or how can I configure my PC to open Framework 2.0. Any help
