How to open IIS console from "Start-Run" menu

Hi, I love opening computer management console from "Start-run menu" by typing compmgmt.msc from Start menu-Run , type compmgmt.m ... Why not just copy the graphical shortcut to the IIS management console from administrative tools directly to your start .
