How do I stop the android Yahoo! mail app from push/pull auto syncing?

I have the Yahoo! mail app installed on my Samsung S4 Verizon phone. It seems to be getting push/pull notifications of new emails. I don't have an unlimited data plan (150mb/month) so I would like to disable this. I can't seem to find the setting. In the
