How do I restore these Library folders in Win 8 to working ones not - Microsoft Community

Hi Vikrant-I have tried Method 1 and 2 you have suggested but I'm still not able to recover my lost files and folders. I had to re-install Windows 8 as my previous Windows 8 got corrupted. I think that erased all my files and folders. Now I need to recove
