Hotfix for Crypt32.dll error on a computer running XP SP3 - Microsoft Community

We are porting all the code in a 64bit environment and everything was working fine in the 32bit servers. This module stopped working and the cause seems to be the crypt32.dll. Is it necessary to rempile the entire code, or we have to do something else?
