HDD detected but not in boot priority list - Boot - Motherboards

So replacing my fried MB with GA-H97M-D3H motherboard. I have two 250 GB Seagate SATA 2 drives (ST3250318AS) and another data drive. I want to use one of the Seagate drives as my primary drive but none of the HDD's are showing up in the boot priority list
