GTA IV Fatal Error:WS10? What's this mean? How you fix it? ?

if you have original game and if you have good PC you will not have problem but if you put some mods in the game example like upload cars or god mode or trainer you may be have problem with GTA 4 i suggest you to reinstall game and install again corectly
