Firewall rules for Windows Update? - Firewall Help - CIS

I'm trying to enhance security by restricting the connectivity of Services (svchost.exe) and having difficulty in allowing windows update service ... I ran into this same problem with NIS 2011. Sophos is the only firewall that I know that fully allows it.
