Failed To Connect To Server - HorizonMB

I literally found out about this site 10 minutes ago and bought diamond 5 minutes ago just to mod one game. Wouldnt you know, It has a error. The error is "Failed To Connect To Server" I know its not my internet because I can do everything else just fine.
