Driver for the AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller will not install. - Microsoft Community

The driver for the AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller will not install. It would not fix so I uninstalled it assuming Windows would update and reinstall. Now it will not reinstall. Any ideas?
