Diffrence in "Ping -a", "nslookup", and "[System.Net.DNS]::GetHostEntry"?

Thanks for the resonse, I was not sure if this was the forum to ask in, I may go over to the sccm and pst there as well. Do you have a source that tem me how {System.Net.DNS]::GetHostEntry(computername) resolves DNS? I know ping -a will use Wins as a fall
