Defragment Ubuntu, Fedora, ext3, ext4 | shareVM- Share insights about using VM's

I was going to mention ext4. Most people have ext3, especially if they did the default install of Ubuntu. You can mount an ext3 as ext4, defrag, and then go back to business as usual with a nice clean filesystem. Shiny.
