DDR2 800mhz running at 667mhz? - DDR2 - Memory

Hey all - I just built a new system and am using 2 GB of Corsair PC2-6400 DDR2 800MHz. For some reason, my BIOS is defaulting this to run at a DRAM frequency of 667mhz.
