Bootmgr is compressed windows 7 fix without cd - Configuration - Windows 7

i compressed my HD (DELL INSPIRON 1545)for space now it says BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart yet it doesnt. I do not have any disc avilable and i cant ... A common problem, and easily fixed with a windows 7 disk, is there any chance .
